Check that you're using the email you signed up with. If you signed up with Google, tap "Continue with Google" — the normal password login won't work until you've set an app password from Settings.
Make sure you have an active internet connection and that your watch-time quota for that video is not exhausted. If the issue persists, write to us with the video name.
Razorpay usually confirms payment within 30 seconds. If it's been longer than 5 minutes, write to us with your Razorpay transaction ID.
Email us from the address associated with your account and we'll remove it within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations (for example, payment records required by Indian tax law).
